Comment on this image collection: Cytochemical staining performed on the first bone marrow specimen at our institution revealed Sudan Black B (SBB) and Periodic Acid Schiff (PAS) positive staining of the myeloblasts, while non-specific esterase (NSE) staining was negative in the myeloblasts.
