Comment on this image collection: Cytochemical Staining with Non-specific Esterase (NSE) was weakly positive, while Sudan Black B (SBB) and Periodic Acid Schiff (PAS) were both negative.
Cytochemical staining is unable to differentiate between a diagnosis of an acute myeloid leukemia of subtype M0 and an acute lymphoid leukemia.
