Comment on this image collection: Cytochemical staining was performed on the bone marrow specimen. The blasts showed positive cytochemical reactivity for Sudan Black B (SBB), while the Non specific esterase (NSE), and the Periodic Acid Schiff (PAS) stains were negative.
