Comment on this image collection: Cytochemical staining was performed on the bone marrow specimen. Sudan Black B (SBB) staining was strongly positive in the blast population. Non-specific esterase (NSE) was weakly positive, while Periodic Acid Schiff (PAS) staining was negative.
