Immunophenotyping: Immunophenotyping was performed on a bone marrow aspirate. An AML Panel revealed the following cell populations: 13% Lymphocytic, 1% Monocytic, 37% Granulocytic, and 32% Erythrocytic. 15% of the cells were CD45 dimly positive and Side Scatter negative. In the lymphoblastoid gate a population of immature myeloid cells with the following phenotype were noted: CD34+/-, CD33+, CD13low, CD14-, HLA-DR+, CD11b-, CD15-/+, CD117+, CD36+/-, CD7-, CD56-, CD19-, CD10-, comprising 60% of the cells in the gate.
