Comment on this image collection: A diffuse infiltration of large blasts with basophilic cytoplasm, numerous nucleoli and at times azurophilic granules is noted. These cells are comprised of only Normoblastic isolates. No immature cells of myeloid lineage are seen. Dysplastic changes in the erythroid line such as nuclear fragmentation are noted.
